Using QR Code Payment on UrbanBrew Machines

UrbanBrew machines are equipped with integrated QR code payment systems to provide you with a fast, contactless, and user-friendly beverage experience.

☕ Step-by-Step Guide: How to Make a Payment

1. Place the Cup in the Tray

• Ensure the cup is properly placed on the dispensing tray before proceeding.

2. Scan the QR Code

• Open any UPI-enabled payment app (e.g., PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm).

• Scan the QR code displayed on the machine screen.

• The pre-defined amount for the selected machine will be shown.

3. Pay the Displayed Amount

• Confirm the UPI payment via your app.

• Enter your UPI PIN to authorize the transaction.

4. Wait for Payment Confirmation

• The machine screen will display “Payment Confirmed” once your transaction is verified.

5. Select Your Beverage

• When prompted with “Make Choice”, press the corresponding number button on the machine for your desired beverage.

✅ Your beverage will now be freshly dispensed!

⚠️ Important Tips

• Do not remove the cup until dispensing is fully complete.

• Ensure you press the beverage option only after payment confirmation appears on the screen.

• If the machine fails to dispense after successful payment, please report the issue with your transaction details.
